Electoral Roll 2013 - COMPLETE REVISION
As required by the Diocese, we are preparing a completely revised Electoral Roll for 2013 and everyone that wishes to be included on the new Roll needs to complete an application form, regardless of any application in previous years.
Forms are available to download or from the table at the back of church. They must be returned to the church office no later than 9am on Monday 25th March 2013.
It is necessary to be on the Electoral Roll of St. Luke’s Church if you wish to vote or speak at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) on 16th April 2013.
It is also a requirement if you wish to be nominated for membership of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) or any of the Synods within the Church of England.
