Maundy Thursday is the day when we remember Jesus sharing the Last Supper with his disciples before his death.
7:30pm Service of Holy Communion:
Good Friday – 30th March
Good Friday is the day when Christians remember the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. It is a sombre day where churches meet, pray and reflect on the sacrifice Jesus willingly paid for all our sins.
2:00pm – 3:00 pm Meditation at the Cross:
A service of quiet meditation in church, gives space to learn about and ponder on this most extraordinary act of love and salvation.
4:00pm – 6:15pm Hands On! Easter craft event:
The whole family are invited to create all sorts of crafts connected to Easter in St. Luke’s Hall. Children and adults can enjoy making a variety of things to take home, plus a light supper together, and
it’s all free (though donations are welcome).
Easter Sunday – 1st April
Easter is our celebration not only of Jesus being risen from the dead, but also that all who trust in him will rise from death too! What a difference that makes, and you can find out about discovering it for yourself at our services today.
9:00am Holy Communion:
Communion and an ordered style of worship, designed for adults.
10:30am All-Age Communion:
All ages enjoying Communion and worship in an informal style.
6:30pm Easter Celebration:
Relaxed praise and prayer together (held in our small hall, accessed through the car park)
